Borderplus builds sales and collections software for estate developers in Nigeria.
What we do
Off-plan estates are sold on installments, and installments run on records. Borderplus keeps those records in one place. Every plot in an estate sits on a live map with its status, price and buyer. Every subscriber's payment plan is tracked against the payments that actually arrive. Receipts, offer letters and allocation letters are generated from the same record, on the developer's own letterhead.
The result is simple. A developer always knows what has been sold, what has been collected and who is owing, without waiting for anyone to compile figures.
Why we built it
Most developers run sales on spreadsheets, receipt booklets and the memory of a few trusted staff. That works until it does not. Plots get sold twice. Clients fall behind quietly for months. Figures change after the fact and nobody can say why. Letters are retyped with wrong amounts on them.
None of these are people problems. They are record problems, and software solves record problems well. So we built a system where a plot cannot be allocated to two buyers, where a payment cannot be quietly edited or deleted once it is recorded, and where anyone who falls behind schedule appears on a follow-up list automatically.
How we work
- We set up your first estate with you, using your real layout and your existing subscriber list.
- Your team records sales and payments from their own accounts. Directors control permissions.
- Pricing is per estate, per month, with unlimited users, and the rate reduces as your estates increase.
Where we are
We are based in Abuja and work with developers across Nigeria. The product runs in the browser on any phone or computer.
